The lab
Things we build to stay sharp.
Small, fast experiments, mostly with AI in the loop. They keep us honest about how products really get designed, built and shipped.

Spot the Bias
A game that teaches AI bias by example. Players judge real-world AI scenarios, like a CV screener favouring certain names, and learn from instant feedback. We built it for an internal design day: 100 people played against a live leaderboard, and it started real debates about how teams design AI features.
